Q: Why go "Green"?
A: Traditional cleaning products contain chemicals that pose a multitude of human health and ecological concerns. Some of these products used improperly can even be deadly. Many common cleaning agents are made from petroleum (a nonrenewable source) and other products that leave toxic residue on household surfaces and in our water supply. SOBE Organic strictly uses 100 % Organic bio- based cleaning products that are safe for you and our environment.
Q: Do I need to provide the cleaning supplies & equipment?
A: For your convenience, we provide all cleaning supplies and the elbow grease to leave your home spic-and-span.
Q: Who will be cleaning my home?
A: All of our cleaning technicians are trained professionals and are dedicated to providing top-notch deep cleaning services.
Q: How do I pay?
A: You can pay by credit card, check, or cash. For your convenience, when paying by check or cash, you can simply leave your payment on the kitchen counter. Our cleaning technician will collect the payment and you will receive a receipt via email within 24 hours. For all credit card payments, we require clients to simply complete a credit card authorization form.
Q: Are you insured and bonded?
Q: Do I need to be home when you clean?
A: Not at all. In fact, most of our clients are not home when we clean. We just require that you leave us with permission to enter.
Q: What should I do with me pets?
A: SOBE team member's work safely around house pets. We understand that our clients consider their pets to be part of the family. We take great care to minimize the stress that an animal endures when strangers enter their home. Please let us know if your pet has any special needs or requirements while we perform your healthy home cleaning. Most of our clients prefer to keep their pets in a contained area so our cleaning technicians can clean efficiently.
Q: What about tipping?
A: Tipping is totally optional. Our professional cleaning team will always strive for cleaning perfection in your home. However, if you feel that your service is outstanding, feel free to tip your cleaning technicians.
Q: Do your employees have a work permit?
A: Why yes, all of our employees are either citizens or are legal residents of the United States. We conduct a full background screening on all of our staff members (including drug tests).
Q: What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning service?
A: Our clients are our top priority! If anything is not up to par, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately. A satisfied client is a happy client.
Q: Do you offer a referral discount?
A: Of course we do! We love the fact that our loyal clients love the SOBE Organic Cleaning experience. Refer a friend and receive a 15 % discount off your next scheduled cleaning service.
Q: What happens if I need to cancel my cleaning appointment?
A: We understand that things change in life. If you ever need to cancel your cleaning appointment, simple notify us 48 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning. This will help us reschedule our day accordingly. Please Note: All cancelations made less than 48 hours in advance of service are subject to a charge for half the cost of services booked.
